- Artist & non profit rates $/hr rates are reset monthly. ( Ie the discount on first 4 hours of emerging artists time, and the first 8 hours of non-profit time)
- All Jobs start at time of loading materials/ tools from studio and end when tools & materials are put away
- Travel time to and from job site is billed with an additional .72c per mile cost (Federal reimbursement rate)
- Time is billed in 1/4 hour increments
- $250 Minimum labor cost for every person on job. (1 person $250, 2 persons $500, 3 persons $750 etc)
- All art hanging hardware in included in labor cost
- any job scheduled to last after 6 PM will be billed at $250/hr per person.
